About the Role

Accenture is hiring a Software Development Lead to join its team in Navi Mumbai. This position involves leading the development and configuration of SAP-based software systems throughout various stages of the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Basis Administration, and related SAP tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Basis Administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and make key decisions for software delivery.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Drive innovation and promote continuous improvement.
• Handle SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
• Ensure secure and optimized SAP system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have:
• SAP Basis Administration
• Good to Have:
• SAP Monitoring & Tools
• SAP HANA DB Administration
• SAP BTP Administration
• Understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
• Hands-on experience in landscape management and SAP system troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in India.
